ñam, ñam

If I wasn't working tonight, Diego and I would be grilling this tonight, to welcome in summer and watch Spain play. Looks yummy.

ps...the scallop is another popular and traditional dish in Galicia; it's shell is the sign of the pilgrim and the camino.

pss...I love how in Spanish "mmm" translates to "ñamm", I wonder what it translates to in other languages?

wow I was just thinking about how to grill scallops instead of frying or baking, looks good.
