World Heritage Gems

Flamenco, Cataluyan human towers (Castellets), and Mallorcan Christmas song (Canto de la Sibila) just made it into the books as cultural gems of World Heritage. We all know (and probably love-I know I do-flamenco), but check out the other two...impresionante!
